At our St. George optometry office, we are committed to providing accessible eye care services to all patients, including those with disabilities. Our accessibility services include:
- Wheelchair-accessible facility with ramps and wide doorways
- Adjustable examination chairs to accommodate various mobility needs
- Sign language interpretation services (by appointment)
- Assistive listening devices for hearing-impaired patients
- Low vision aids and rehabilitation services
- We accept Operator Relay Service calls, and Teletypewriter (TTY/TDD) calls through 711, in the same manner as traditional telephonic channels.
- Flexible appointment scheduling to accommodate special needs
- Staff trained in disability awareness and sensitivity
- Service animals, including guide dogs and other assistance animals, are welcome to accompany individuals with disabilities during their visit to our facility.
